Warranty Policy
Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than LuminousHeal, may provide their own warranties to you. Please contact them for further information. Please note that the warranty period may vary according to local laws and regulations. Some countries, states, and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the limitation described above may not apply to you. You may have other rights from state to state or by province or by country.
All LuminousHeal products purchased on LuminousHeal.co come with a limited warranty (“warranty”) as set out below.
BY USING A LuminousHeal PRODUCT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE LuminousHeal LIMITED WARRANTY.
We provide a limited warranty for purchases on LuminousHeal.com. The warranty period is measured starting on the date the original consumer purchaser received the products.
- Free replacement for product damage within 1 year.
- If parts need to be replaced after the warranty period, an inspection fee will be charged as appropriate.
- During the warranty period, the following conditions will not be covered free of charge:
A. Failure to provide a warranty card or proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
B. Expiration of the warranty period.
C. Damage caused by disassembly or modification.
D. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
E. Long-term storage in harsh environments.
F. Appearance is naturally stained by use.
